What is the difference between Ford Pro & Ford Pro Elite?

Ford Pro Elite is the top tier in Ford’s Commercial Vehicle network. These dealers are committed to bolstering their abilities to better accommodate and serve their local businesses and commercial market.

To be a Ford Pro Elite dealer requires a heavy investment in addition to being deemed eligible by Ford. Not just any Ford dealer can apply and be rewarded the Ford Pro Elite status.

Eligible Ford Pro Elite dealers must be in good standing and commit to establishing at least 24 service bays for Class 1–7 commercial vehicles at their location.

Additionally, they are required to operate a minimum of five Mobile Service vans to deliver elite service directly to customers.

The main difference between Ford Pro and Ford Pro Elite lies in the expanded services and capabilities offered by Ford Pro Elite. Ford Pro Elite is an upgraded version within Ford’s extensive Commercial Vehicle Center network, providing additional benefits such as extended service hours, faster turnaround times, and greater flexibility.

Key features of Ford Pro Elite include:

  • Operating up to 72 service hours per week, with six days of availability
  • Allocating at least four service bays for medium-duty vehicles and another four for Express Service
  • Access to all Ford Pro Commercial loaner programs, CX Customer Call Center Support, and Transparent Pricing initiatives
  • Enhanced online appointment scheduling capabilities
  • Compliance with Elite-level Commercial Parts & Service Training and certifications
  • Enrollment in the D2D Express Program
  • Meeting minimum standards for EV facilities and other Ford Pro Elite requirements
